Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in production printing to join our team at Rankoussi. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in design software, a deep understanding of pre-press processes, and experience in creating print-ready files for various production requirements, including fabrics, furniture, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Layout
• Create high-quality designs, layouts, and artwork for production printing projects, including fabrics, furniture, brochures, catalogs, banners, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure all designs meet the company’s brand guidelines and client specifications.
• Pre-Press Preparation
• Prepare and optimize designs for printing, ensuring color accuracy, resolution, and proper file formats.
• Manage file conversions and ensure compatibility with various printing methods (e.g., digital, screen, offset).
• Collaboration
• Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless transition from design to final output.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide mockups or proofs for approval.
• Quality Assurance
• Conduct quality checks on printed outputs to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to design and printing processes.
• Project Management
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for future reference.
• Innovation and Creativity
• Suggest improvements and innovative ideas for design and production efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, printing technologies, and software advancements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on production printing.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of CorelDRAW and other design tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of pre-press processes and printing techniques.
• Other Skills:
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of color and composition.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fabric design and patterns is an advantage.
• Familiarity with large-format printing and textile printing technologies.
• Knowledge of brand identity design and packaging.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
