Job Overview: As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver solutions that drive efficiency and value. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and technical specifications.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories and functional requirements.
• Assist in the design and implementation of software solutions by providing technical input, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business goals.
• Conduct data analysis and contribute to the creation of reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business users.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of business and system process models.
• Assist in the identification and documentation of system requirements, ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements.
• Work closely with software engineers, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders to ensure that solutions are implemented efficiently and meet business needs.
• Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Assist in training business users on new systems and tools.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and techniques.
• Strong technical foundation in software development, computer engineering, or IT.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of database systems and querying (e.g., SQL).
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (optional but a plus):

• Experience with business analysis tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
