Job Summary: Boostiny is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the E-commerce marketing space, deep knowledge of the KSA market. Proficiency in both Arabic and English. With over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with advertisers in the region. You’d be pro at solution selling / consultative selling. Your extensive rolodex of contacts on the advertiser side will be crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Drive sales growth by acquiring new advertisers and fostering long-term relationships.
- Leverage your expertise in the affiliate/digital marketing space to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Utilize your rolodex of contacts to identify new business opportunities and expand the advertiser base.
2. Pre-sales Support:
- Collaborate with our onboarding team to provide pre-sales support for onboarding new clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, conducting market research, and delivering presentations to potential clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing insights and guidance to facilitate successful client acquisitions, using consultative selling approaches.
3. Market Expertise:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the regional affiliate marketing landscape.
- Use your knowledge to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales strategies and targeting potential clients.
4. Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key advertisers, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Understand the unique needs and goals of each client and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Foster trust and loyalty through excellent customer service and ongoing support.
5. Account Management:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management processes.
- Monitor and track client performance, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and upselling.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
6. Industry Networking:
- Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand your professional network.
- Stay connected with industry influencers and thought leaders to gain insights and explore partnership opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in the affiliate marketing industry, with a focus on client sales and business development.
- Strong knowledge of the KSA market and the affiliate/digital marketing landscape.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in driving sales and exceeding targets.
- Extensive rolodex of contacts on the advertiser side, with a solid network of industry professionals.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify and seize opportunities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
