Job Title: Soft Services Manager
Main Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for Housekeeping and site cleaning operation of a specific project. Ensures quality housekeeping standards, supervises housekeeping work force. You will also meet regularly with upper management to stay up-to-date with organizational changes, issues and improvements.Ultimately, you will ensure all operations flow smoothly and help us meet our company goals.
Main Competencies required for the Position:
Minimum 12years experience at least 8 years in managing the operation and maintenance services in similar facilities. ·
Proven track record of following projects from inception to completion. ·
Strong leadership ability and personality ·
Customer service oriented ·
Proven technical problem solving skills.
Minimum qualifications / educational levels required for this position: Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management
Selection Criteria: Operation of Planned Preventive Maintenance System and day-to-day reactive works. · Strong experience with cleaning chemical, equipment, surfaces and SOPs . · Proficiency in English language. · Strong computer skills. · Report writing.
Special Conditions:
Scheduling, planning, analytical and statistical skills. · Detailed orientation, positive employee relation skills, training abilities and problem solving. · Experience in project estimation and proposal writing.
