We are a growing company seeking an Admin & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, as well as managing and implementing our digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and maintaining files and records
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM
· Experience in contract management: The ideal candidate should have experience in managing contracts, including tracking contract expiration dates, renewals, and cancellations. This experience may be gained through previous job roles in contract management, legal, or procurement.
· Strong organizational skills: The candidate should have excellent organizational skills to keep track of multiple contracts and ensure that renewal or cancellation notices are sent in a timely manner.
· Communication skills: Effective communication skills are essential for this role. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
· Customer service skills: The candidate should have strong customer service skills, as they will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding their contracts, answering questions, and resolving issues.
· Persuasion skills: The candidate should have strong persuasion skills to convince customers to renew their contracts or to upgrade to a different service.
· Attention to detail: The candidate should have a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all contract information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with website maintenance and updates.
- Analyze and report on digital marketing campaigns, including KPIs and ROI
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team on marketing strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and administrative support
- Knowledge of relevant software such as contract management tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software including Salesforce is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp), social media platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram), and Google Analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with website platforms (such as WordPress) is a plus
