Graphic Designer, Marketing and Brand Specialist - Coffee Roasters
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Marketing and Brand Specialist to join our team . This individual will be responsible for managing our brand identity, creating captivating visual content, and overseeing our social media platforms. The goal is to enhance our marketing efforts, drive brand awareness, and increase customer engagement across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, photography, and social media management, with a passion for coffee and a keen understanding of how to connect with an audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Development and Management:
- Work closely with leadership to define and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Ensure the brand’s voice and visuals are aligned across packaging, social media, website, and all marketing materials.
- Create and implement strategies to position the roastery’s brand in the marketplace and grow brand awareness.
- Graphic Design:
- Design visually appealing graphics for social media, print, advertisements, website, and promotional materials.
- Create compelling visuals for product packaging, marketing campaigns, and events.
- Maintain and refresh the visual aspects of the brand to keep it current and engaging.
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee the development and execution of content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Create a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement with followers.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance to improve engagement and reach.
- Photography and Visual Content Creation:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of our coffee products, team, and events for use on social media, the website, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative photo and video content to showcase our roastery’s story, process, and products in an authentic and engaging way.
- Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote new products, seasonal offerings, and events (online and offline).
- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Website and Digital Presence:
- Assist in the design and update of the website to ensure it reflects the brand’s identity and offers an optimal user experience.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure content on the website is fresh, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Collaborations and Influencer Partnerships:
- Identify and engage with influencers, bloggers, and other brands to collaborate on marketing initiatives that will elevate the brand.
- Develop and execute strategies for influencer marketing and partnerships to expand brand reach.
- Market Research and Trend Monitoring:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the coffee industry, digital marketing, and branding strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth in marketing strategies.
- Customer Engagement and Community Building:
- Foster community engagement through creative social media campaigns, contests, giveaways, and user-generated content.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries or feedback across social media platforms, fostering positive relationships with the brand’s community.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns, social media, and overall brand growth.
- Provide regular reports on marketing initiatives and suggest adjustments to strategies for improved outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand development, marketing, and graphic design, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong photography skills, with experience in creating high-quality content for social media and promotional use.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and how to create engaging content that drives interaction.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to monitor and report on performance.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles for content creation and website optimization.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills for social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the coffee or food & beverage industry.
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro) to create engaging video content.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo).
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: QAR12,000.00 per month
